RIAD ART

One evening, at sunset, on the terrace of a historic café in Place des Ferblantiers, watching the storks fly over a glass of Moroccan chardonnay, Serse and Laura Modolo, two artists who are regulars at Riad Azoulay, came up with the idea of Art Riad Azoulay. They felt that, in such a visiting and expanding country, contemporary art in all its possible forms was not sufficiently well known. That’s why Laura came up with the idea of Art Riad Azoulay. After this meeting in December 2011, the Art Riad Azoulay project was born. We wanted to create a non-exhibitive meeting place to welcome the many travellers from all over the world and give them the opportunity to get to know the different forms of contemporary art. The guest artists will leave their works of art in this exotic Riad and it will be possible to admire them in the rooms, suites, common rooms and the large panoramic terrace.
